FAQs

What happens if you do not agree with my condition rating?

We will contact you upon receipt with a revised quote, if you do not wish to accept the clubs will be returned back to you

Do I have to buy a new club from you to get the trade in value?

No we can still accept a trade in but will issue a Complete Golfer voucher by email to the value which can be spent in store or online

My clubs have been modified will you still accept them?

We will accept grip changes but replacement shafts or modified heads will be rejected, clubs that have been cut down to length will also be rejected

I live outside the UK mainland, can i use the service?

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer the trade in service to anywhere outside of the UK mainland
