Cooling off period

If you are unhappy with any non-customised* product purchased through our web-site we will accept it back for full credit or refund provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt.  Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, we suggest you use a reputable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please enclose a covering note with name, address, date of order and order number and advice of required exchange or refund, a copy of your order confirmation that would have been sent by email would help. Please note that any free gift received must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Every standard specification golf club purchased through our website is offered with our unique 30 day money back guarantee. Should you find that after using your new club or clubs you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then we will take them back and REFUND your card with the FULL PURCHASE PRICE.

ALL RETURNS UNDER THIS SCHEME MUST BE ARRANGED BY EMAIL PRIOR TO SENDING BACK TO US,  We will need details of date of order, order number and your name and address. Please ensure the following conditions have been met before sending and note that we cannot approve returns over the phone.

There is no limit to how many times the clubs have been used so long as they are returned to us within the 30 day period subject to the following conditions.

1)     Clubs have not been damaged other than normal wear and tear on the course.

2)     Only one return allowed under this scheme per household or cardholder.

3)     Clubs must be returned within 30 days of original transaction. Serial number of clubs must match your original purchase from us.

4)     Offer does not apply to custom fit sets or package sets

Do I need a reason for the return?

No, we will accept them back for any reason, maybe they did not meet your expectations or did not improve your game. No reason is required to make the return

It sounds too good to be true, how can you offer this?

We only stock the highest quality, most sought after brands all of which have a very high resale value when used. We have a number of outlets for this kind of nearly new equipment and they are sold on very quickly with a minimal loss to us. The key restriction on this policy is that each customer can only use it once and this helps to keep returns to a minimum.

Faulty goods

All our goods are supplied by us with the full backing of the manufacturers 12 month warranty, this can in some cases such as golf shoes be a limited warranty which means adjustment may be made for fair wear and tear etc.
