The Mizuno Pro 241 is a pure shot-makers muscle-back with mass accumulated centrally behind impact. A result of the pursuit of fine design details was made possible through the long-term relationship between Mizuno's R&D team and its exclusive Grain Flow Forging plant in Hiroshima, Japan. The shorter blade length in the shorter irons was a request by the majority of Mizuno Tour players, paired with a thinner topline, the Mizuno Pro 241 Irons provide a beautiful look at address. The one-piece grain flow forged HD from 1025E pure select mild carbon steel and soft copper underlay provide a sensational feel. The increased bounce angle on the sole provides improved turf interaction and a smooth feel through impact.

Grain Flow Forged HD in Hiroshima, Japan
One-piece Grain Flow Forged HD from 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel at Mizuno's exclusive facility, where Mizuno irons have been produced since 1968.
Soft Copper Underlay
A microlayer of copper beneath Nickel Chrome provides an additional touch to enhance the sensational feel.
Centre Mass for Enhanced Feedback
A softer, longer sensation at impact is produced with matching vibration patterns identified by Mizuno's Harmonic Impact Technology and confirmed through extensive tour testing.
Aggressively Tapered Blade with Thinner Topline
A more obvious tapering of the upper blade portion delivers an ideal trajectory through the set with flighted long irons and penetrating short irons. The Tour-preferred, thinner topline has been refined from prior blades through both weight movement within the head and adjustments in final manufacturing.
Wrap Around Sole Grind with Increased Bounce
Heavy relief around the sole for improved turf interaction and seamless transition from micro slot 7 iron into traditional 8 iron construction. By increasing the bounce by a degree in the long irons and 2 degrees in the scoring irons, improved turf interaction can be achieved.
Compact Short Irons
A distinct shortening of the blade length in the shorter irons was a direct request from the majority of Mizuno’s tour players.
