The Mizuno JPX 923 Hot Metal irons feature nickel chromoly which is a new material providing additional ball speed. The engineers at Mizuno have switched their focus to feel and stopping power. This new material is 35% stronger than the original hot metals. The new nickel chromoly enables a high energy 8% thinner club face. The 4335 nickel chromoly combined with a vibration controlling V-Chassis and deep CG design makes the Mizuno JPX 923 Hot Metal irons as enjoyable and controllable as they are long.
