Looking For Another Brand

We stock Motocaddy and Powakaddy as our preferred suppliers of electric trolleys, if you are contemplating purchasing a different brand here are a few things you may want to consider first.

Motocaddy and Powakaddy dominate the electric trolley market in the UK (combined market share of an incredible 94%) and for good reason, not only are they considered to be the highest quality and most user friendly designs but they have unrivalled back up and after sales service through a nationwide network of service centres. This means should you experience any issues during the warranty period or for many years beyond you can get a repair carried out quickly and professionally.

They are the only 2 companies in the UK to have this extensive service network to give you complete peace of mind. Choose a lesser brand and you may need to box up the trolley and send it back to them yourself, not exactly convenient and certainly not cheap. Also consider how readily available parts will be in 5 years time? by then you may need a simple component to keep it going but if its not available the trolley will need replacing ahead of time.

Powakaddy and Motocaddy have over the last number of years sold an incredible number of trolleys in the UK (in the last year alone approximately 60,000), having this number of trolleys out in use in the UK gives them opportunity to constantly refine and improve their products based on feedback and any recurring problems. As a result the latest range of trolleys we sell have incredibly impressive reliability statistics that have improved year on year.

Choose another brand which sells a fraction of this number and its going to take them a long time to resolve any ongoing problems if indeed they are in a position to resolve them at all.

Be particularly wary of cheap imports because in the past these manufacturers come and go very quickly leaving you high and dry in the event of any problems, if the price seems too good to be true then it probably is. Most of these trolleys are built on mass and are not of a design that allows simple repairs if indeed you can get the parts at all.
