Step 1: Complete trade in information below and receive an 8 digit reference number

Step 2: Choose how you’d like to use your trade in value

Option 1- Purchase new clubs

Buy your new club(s) (trade in available on selected clubs only). Select the trade in option at checkout and enter your 8-digit reference number. Once we receive your trade in, we’ll refund your original payment method with the trade-in value (up to the value of your new club).

Option 2- Receive a voucher

If you’d prefer not to make a purchase right now, you can choose to receive a Complete Golfer voucher instead by simply continuing to the next step.

Step 3: Click here> to book your free pre-paid DPD shop drop off to return the trade in/s to us (must be within 28 days of quotation)

Step 4: Upon receipt the trade in will be inspected and verified for condition and we will issue the refund or voucher instantly
