The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging and must be returned by the end of January (for purchases made from now until end of December) Please enclose a covering note with name, address, date of order and order number, a copy of your order confirmation that would have been sent by email would help. Please note that any free gift received must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

If your purchase does not fit or is not to your liking we offer an easy, FREE return service through our Royal Mail returns service
The returned items must be unworn, in original packaging and dropped off before end of January (for purchases made between now and December 31st)
Please allow 4-5 working days for your return to be processed.

Simply arrange to return your items to our address below at your own cost, please print a copy of your original order confirmation email or include a covering note stating if you would like a refund or exchange. All our goods are supplied by us with the full backing of the manufacturers 12 month warranty, this can in some cases such as golf shoes be a limited warranty which means adjustment may be made for fair wear and tear etc.
Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning any faulty goods to us. It would speed up the process if you are able to email your order number and a photo showing the item along with a photo showing a close up of the fault if appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
