The V6 Shift now has an improved visual jolt which puts a red ring around the target as it locks onto the flag, it also has a higher grade waterproof rating (IPX6)

What type of battery does the V6 Shift take and how long does it last?

The laser takes a CR2 model 3v battery which are readily available online or in shops, we supply a few free with every purchase so you have a good back up. They last a good few months simply depending how many times the laser is used.

Is there a battery meter on the display?

Yes there is which will indicate when battery is running low and we would recommend carrying a spare in your bag just in case.
