The V6 has been improved with a new visual jolt to give feedback when the flagstick has been locked onto giving you a pinpoint accurate yardage.
The V6 has the following features
-Visual jolt
As with previous model the unit vibrates when pin has been captured but a new feature for the V6 is the visual aspect that flashes a red ring around the outside of the display so you know the yardage is locked onto the pin. This makes it clearer than any other rangefinder on the market that you have the flag distance rather than trees etc in the background behind the green
-6x magnification
This means objects appear 6x closer than they are making it far easier to get a clear yardage to any point. The V6 will easily target hazards such as bunkers and ditches etc and its also a great help with lay ups to get yardages to trees etc in the distance so you can aim for the perfect spot from the tee.
-Upgraded optics

What is the difference between the previous Tour V5 and The Tour V6?
The V6 now has an improved visual jolt which puts a red ring around the target as it locks onto the flag, it also has a higher grade waterproof rating (IPX6)
What type of battery does the V6 take and how long does it last?
The laser takes a CR2 model 3v battery which are readily available online or in shops, we supply a few free with every purchase so you have a good back up. They last a good few months simply depending how many times the laser is used.
Is there a battery meter on the display?
Yes there is which will indicate when battery is running low and we would recommend carrying a spare in your bag just in case.
