The Taylormade R11s ladies driver has generated a huge amount of excitement even ahead of its release in the UK.
The Taylormade R11s ladies has a 460cc head size and comes with a stunning matt white finish along with a black face that really helps to highlight the golf ball. It features a new sole plate with a 5 way adjustment and with the 3D tuning system you can change the loft of the driver, the face angle (open or closed etc) and with the movable weights you can adjust the shape of your shots.

Flight Control Technology
The R11s ladies driver can be adjusted to increase or decrease the loft by as much as 1.5 degrees in either direction. This gives the golfer the opportunity to obtain the best ball flight to suit them or even to adjust the loft to best suit the conditions of the day. Simply insert the supplied wrench into the base of the shaft and loosen the head to allow it to spin round to the desired setting. The Taylormade R11s has the largest adjustment in any Taylormade driver to date.
Moveable Weight Technology
The Taylormade R11s ladies driver comes fitted with 2 weights in the toe and the heel. This allows the golfer to adjust the R11s centre of gravity to promote a draw bias ball flight or neutral.
This Taylormade driver comes fitted with a 1 gram and a 10 gram weight.
If you have the 1 gram weight in the toe and the 10 gram in the heel this will give the Taylormade R11s a draw bias or right to left ball flight. The other way round will give the R11s a neutral or straight ball flight.

Loft can be adjusted up or down by 1.5 degrees by loosening the shaft and spinning the head to the desired setting
-R11s Adjustable Sole Technology
This allows adjustment by loosening the red sole plate with the wrench. There are five different settings so the club can be adjusted to sit square or varying degrees of closed and open
-Moveable Weight Technology
Change the centre of gravity on this Taylormade Driver by removing the 2 weights with the wrench and have them set either for a neutral ball flight or a draw enhancing (anti fade/slice setting)
-460 cc head size
The Taylomade R11s has a 460 cc head size which is the maximum allowed under the rules of golf to make the driver even more forgiving.
-Thick Crown Design
Head is designed for lower centre of gravity to launch the ball for more distance
-Inverted Cone technology
An inverted cone shape is placed behind the club face to improve off centre hits to make the ball come off quicker when struck all over the clubface
-White Head
The Matt finish white crown of the Taylormade R11s is anti glare on bright days and this combined with the black face makes the ball stand out invitingly when addressed
All this makes the Taylormade R11s driver the most adjustable on the market, its designed for the golfer to be able to easily custom make the club to suit them.
Comes fitted with a highly rated Aldila RIP Phenom 60 shaft that is designed around this driver. Also comes supplied with a Taylormade R11s Driver headcover.
Comes supplied with matching Taylormade R11s ladies driver headcover plus Taylormade wrench for adjusting head.
We thought Taylormade would have an impossible job in improving upon the Taylormade R11 driver from last year, but they have managed to set the bar even higher with this amazing new driver.
The R11s ladies driver is aimed for the slightly more accomplished lady golfer compared to their Rocketballz model.
The adjustability on this driver goes way beyond the old model and thats mainly down to the increased options offered. When the loft is changed by spinning the head one of the side effects from this is that the way the club sits on the ground will also change. If you make the driver more lofted for instance it will then sit a bit toed in, this may be a great option for the low fade golfer but now you can reverse the change if you want more loft but still require the club to sit square simply by moving the sole plate adjustment to compensate.
All this means is that with the R11s ladies driver you get a driver that can be fitted for your swing and it really is worth spending a bit of time on the range to get it suited for your game first. This gives you the advantages that previously only tour players have enjoyed.
We really believe that this driver offers a significant advantage over last years model, many people think that new drivers come out too often and the performance will not improve but so much technology has gone into this that its got to be worth a try. Just a few hits was all it took to convince us.
