The Skycaddie SGXW rangefinder has a 3” LCD screen that provides stunningly clear  colour images that can still be viewed in bright sunlight. It has an optical trackpad multi direction button that makes it very easy to navigate around the screen without touching or smudging the screen, it can also be easily operated with a gloved hand.

The Skycaddie SGXW has a number of screens to give you the information you require. It can display the green in close up giving you accurate measurements from where you stand to the front, middle and back, it also shows greenside bunkers up close to get the all important distance to carry them. Whilst using this screen the crosshair can be moved using the easy to operate optical trackpad, this will adjust the middle distance to this point so you can move it to the pin location for a more precise yardage. Moving it to the edge of a bunker will show you precisely how far you need to hit it to avoid them.

Another useful screen is the interactive hole vue on the Skycaddie SGXw, this gives you a course planner type layout showing a clear picture of all the features on the hole such as water hazards, bunkers etc. Being interactive means that you can move the crosshair to any point on the hole and the SGXW will give you an exact yardage to that point from where you stand along with the distance that will be left when you get to that point. This is an invaluable tool to plot your way round a golf course and its vital when you are playing somewhere new.

Other golf rangefinders may give you a yardage to a water hazard but with the Skycaddie SGXW you can get different yardages for the water depending on which line you take. Imagine what a help it is when you look at a bunker in the distance and you know at a glance if you can clear it off the tee.

By seeing all the bunkers on the hole on one screen it avoids the confusion of knowing which bunker relates to which yardage on your rangefinder, simply move the crosshair to any of the bunkers to get the exact distance.

This skycaddie also has a hazard screen which lists all the most important features on the hole with a yardage showing how far away from them all you are standing.

Measure your shots, push the mark ball location button before hitting your shot and when you get to your ball the Skycaddie will tell you exactly how far you have hit it.
