After another great year selling Footjoy shoes, the time has come when we return from our short Christmas break to have delivered several dozen boxes of the new for 2013 Footjoy shoes.
Footjoy is our number one selling golf shoes and has been some years now. The range of shoes seem to better in quality year in year out and seems to grow in styles as well. In the 2013 range of Footjoy shoes they have stayed with the favourites AQL, Contours and Dryjoys Tours as well as Icons, XPS, Contour series, Boot, Softjoys, SuperLites, Greenjoys, Sport, Sport Spikeless and last but not least the Contour casual.
The Footjoy Contour Casual is a shoe that Footjoy introduced last year in what seemed like a trial. This shoe is a soft leather spikeless golf shoe that is aimed to be worn before, during and after your game of golf. They are very much a summer shoe, this is due to them having the spikeless rubber soles. They are like slippers and I can say that from my own experience. I brought a pair of them last year and I will struggle to ever wear anything else during the dry summer months. They are great as you put them on when you leave the house and don't take them of till you return home, they are very convenient. We expect the Contour Casuals to be our best selling shoe in 2013.
In this years new range Footjoy has come up with some great new designs for the premium Icon shoes. They still do the normal plain black and the 2 tone saddle shoes but now they have 3 white brogue shoes with different coloured tips, just like the ones the older pros wore back in the 60s, 70s and 80s. I love the style of these Footjoy Icons and it reminds me of when I first started watching the great game we all love. You cannot beat the look of the Footjoy Icons, they are very stylish and look as good as they feel.
Footjoy have once again supplied us with a shoe that has suited the current very wet and awful weather. This is the Footjoy Boot. This shoe only comes in black and is very practical for wet winter use. It has great soft padded support on the ankle making them safer to wear when the ground is at its severest.
Last years best seller is the Footjoy Contour Series. This hasn't changed that much, they are as good as ever. The Contours are a great value leather waterproof shoe, great for all weather conditions. They come fitted with a traditional lace or for the more discerning golfer the BOA lace closure system.
The Footjoy AQL offer an ultra lightweight leather shoe that are also weatherproof. This model has been around for years and were known before as AquaLites. They offer many styles in the AQL from traditional to quite modern so something for everyone.
The Footjoy Sport Shoes are one of the newest models that Footjoy offer as they are in only their 2nd or 3rd season. The Footjoy sport is the most contemporary design of the Footjoy golf shoe range. They are favoured by our younger customers and come fitted with traditional laces or the BOA lace closure system. The Sport shoe is very popular with some of the very best players on both the European and US PGA Tour.
Footjoy also offer a spikeless type in this model. Its is aimed at making a comfy shoe even softer to wear and adds a measure of versatility.
The Dryjoys Tour have been around forever 20 years and have improved every year. They have a very soft leather inner and outer and the more you wear them the softer they get, they literally mould to your feet. The Dryjoys have a very solid sole with great support whilst still having flexibility where you will need it during your swing.
A new addition to the Footjoy family is the SuperLites. They are aimed at dry weather play and a great shoe to take on a golfing holiday. The Footjoy SuperLites are aimed at comfort comfort comfort. You will not wear anything softer.
The XPS-1 was Footjoys flagship shoes from last year. Footjoy say this XPS-1 shoe is the most advanced technological shoe ever produced and they provide extreme comfort, support, maximum stability and traction. The Footjoy XPS-1 look like the have been designed for the future.
