30 DAY GOLF CLUB MONEY BACK SCHEME
Every golf club purchased through our website is offered with our unique 30 day money back guarantee. Should you find that after using your new club or clubs you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then we will take them back and REFUND your card with the FULL PURCHASE PRICE.
Please let us know by phone or email prior to sending back to register the return. We will need details of date of order, order number and your name and address.
There is no limit to how many times the clubs have been used so long as they are returned to us within the 30 day period subject to the following conditions.
1) Clubs have not been damaged other than normal wear and tear on the course.
2) Only one return allowed under this scheme per household or cardholder.
3) Clubs must be returned within 30 days of original transaction.
4) Offer does not apply to custom fit sets
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cooling off period.
If you are unhappy with any product purchased through our web-site we will accept it back for full credit or refund provided it is unused and returned to us within 7 working days from receipt of order. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, we suggest you use a reputable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. The goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Notification of cancellation can be sent to us in writing, by fax or email, please be sure to state name, address, date of order and order number if you have one.

All our goods are supplied by us
with the full backing of the manufacturers 12 month warranty.
