Every golf club purchased through our website is offered with our unique 30 day money back guarantee. Should you find that after using your new club or clubs you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then we will take them back and REFUND your card with the FULL PURCHASE PRICE.

Please let us know by phone or email prior to sending back to register the return.

There is no limit to how many times the clubs have been used so long as they are returned to us within the 30 day period subject to the following conditions.

1) Clubs have not been damaged other than normal wear and tear on the course.

2) Only one return allowed per household or cardholder.

3) Clubs must be returned within 30 days of original transaction.

4) Offer does not apply to custom fit sets

5) Clubs purchased as part of a free gift promotion should be returned along with the gift, or the clubs can be returned and the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

UNUSED GOODS

If you are unhappy with any product purchased through our web-site we will accept it back for full credit or refund provided it is unused and returned to us within 30 days. We suggest you use a reputable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. In the unlikely event we have sent out the incorrect goods we will arrange for collection of the parcel.

FAULTY GOODS

All our goods are supplied by us with the full backing of the manufacturers 12 month warranty.
If the goods are less than 30 days old and are returned to us with a manufacturing defect we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent out at our cost subject to availability.
If the product is between 30 days and a year old we will contact you upon receipt and arrange for repair, replacement or credit subject to either our discretion or that of the manufacturer.
